Spain is a beautiful country, located in Southern Europe. It is bordered by Andorra, France, Gibraltar, Morocco and Portugal. Taking a Trip to Barcelona

You should also find the fountain that is famous for its legend that all of those who take a drink there will return some day to the drop-dead gorgeous city of Barcelona.


However you can find a lot of sites on the far side of La Rambla where you will experience this great history of Barcelona during your journey in Spain. Barcelona is full of exciting museums. These museums show the plentiful art work and Barcelona's history. When visiting Spain you should also take in the local restaurant and tapas bar scenes. Barcelona has many opportunities to enjoy the typical varieties of Spanish cuisine in the traditional Spanish eating places.

Going on a Trip to Madrid

The Spanish capital city is Madrid. Travelers regularly include Madrid in their itinerary when they are going for Spain holidays. Depending on its higher elevation in central Spain, Madrid has a special clime amongst the other cities of Spain. Make sure you visit the monument of Puerta de Alcala in the central part of Madrid. Nearby you can relax in the beautiful Parque del Buen Retiro or visit the Prado Museum. There are too many historical points of interest in Madrid for any culture lover or art lover to not be awed by the plentiful history that can be viewed in Madrid.

You can find a lot of other historical places of interest and ancient works of art on display in other parts of Spain. Getting around in Spain is no problem. There are trains and buses to go from one point to another during your stay. Another way of travel that many people prefer is hiring a rental car to get more control over their itinerary. With a little preparing, you will never regret your stay in Spain.
